KyleMeet our new brewer, Kyle Delaney, who is continue our focus on crafting the finest American, English, and Belgian beers with a focus in wild fermentation and oak aging.

Kyle began home brewing in 2011 while he was living in the then hop-crazed city of San Diego. After years of brewing at home, an internship at newly formed Hudson Valley Brewery finally pushed him to make the leap to commercial brewing.

In the recent months, we have expanded our oak barrel capacity and furthered the quest for the ultimate funky and sour beers. Simultaneously, we've supplemented the long aging process with thoughtful new school hoppy American, English, and Belgian inspired beers.,

Here are some of the beers we're working on now:

Kind World Double IPA

ABV: 8%
OG: 1.080
FG: 1.018
IBU: 27

Brewed with wheat and oats, hopped with Simcoe and Citra. Tastes like candied pineapple and tangerines.

States Of Mind: Raspberry & Blueberry Sour

ABV: 5%
OG: 1.050
FG: 1.010
IBU: 0

Brewed with wheat, milk sugar, and unhopped. Primary fermented on 2lbs per gallon of fruit. Tastes like sour mixed berry jam.
